After drifting on the sea for some days,our Brazil customer had received our equipment for pouch cell assembly. After a few times installment and debug they are really satisfied our equipment and finished the equipment acceptance.What a beautiful and tidy laboratory!

There are two mainstream methods of making the cells of polymer battery, stacking and winding. Battery electrode stacking is through the equipment follow the Z-shape stack the anode and cathode electrode and battery separator together. Our customer adopted is this way. And another is use the winding needle to winding the cathode anode and separator to be a battery cell. Stacking process maybe need some more time, but here also have the advantage that people can not refuse:

1. Low internal resistance,equivalent to multiple small electrode in parallel, reducing internal resistance.

2. High rate discharge capacity,parallel connection of multi-electrode makes it easier to complete large current discharge in a short time.

3. High discharge platform,the internal resistance is lower and the polarization is smaller, so the discharge platform will be higher than the winding battery and closer to the material self-discharge platform.

4. High capacity density,the internal space of the battery is fully utilized, so compared with the winding process, the volume specific capacity is higher.

5. High energy density,the discharge platform and volume specific capacity are higher than the winding process battery, so the energy density is correspondingly higher.

6. Wide range of application,whether it is made into ultra-thin batteries or ultra-thick batteries, the lamination process can be competent.

7. Thickness is easy to control, not easy to deform,the internal structure of the battery cell is consistent, and the thickness of each part of the battery is correspondingly consistent, so it is easy to control its thickness. At the same time, the internal structure is unified, the reaction rate is relatively consistent, even if the thick cell is not easily deformed

8. Flexible size, suitable for high rate batteries, shaped batteries, power batteries, etc.Each electrode size can be designed according to the battery size, so that the battery can be made into any shape.
