1. About price

The price is negotiable. it can be changed according to your quantity or package. when you are making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want.

2. How to order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or call us sales, or we can make the proforma invoice under your request.

We need to know the following information for your order before sending your PI.

(1) Product information-quantity, specification(size, material, technological if needed and packing requirements etc.

(2) Delivery time required.

(3) Shipping information-company name, street address, phone number, destination sea port.

(4) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in china.

3. What's the warranty for the items?

(1) We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. Any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately.

(2) Warranty for equipment is one year (12 months), If the equipment parts are damaged due to non-human factors within one year, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.

4. If machine breaks down out of warranty, how do you solve the problem? 

We will still provide suggestions and advise on how to solve the problem. Most likely there will be no charge for suggestions or advises. There will be reasonable charge on parts and services when necessary. 

5. How to get technical support after purchasing?

Our factory provide online technical support in English , you can easy catch us online by SKYPE,WECHAT,WAHTSAPP or Email, if you need any remote assistant support, then we will support you though TeamViewer software.

6. How to control quality?

(1) All the raw materials by IQC (Incoming Quality Control)before launch whole process into the process after the screening.

(2) Process each link in the process of IPQC (Input Process Quality Control) patrol inspection.

(3) After finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packing.

(4) OQC before shipment for each slipper to do full inspection.

7. How long do you need to prepare my goods?

1-3 days for sample orders. 10-20 days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).

8. What's the packing details?

(1) Standard exported package : Internal anti-collision protection, external export wooden box package.

(2) We test each item before shipping to ensure they are in good condition from some unexpected damages efficiently during delivery.

(3) We offer you fast shipping, usually around 3 days preparation. This is an approximate time, your shipment data would be up to your specific orders.

(4) We would let you know the tracking number once we’ve sent out your products.

9. How can I install and operate the machine by myself?

Our system R&D based on integrated development view. when you get the machine, just need to connect it with the electrical power, then machine can be working. because the English software were installed in this machine. what you need to do is only learning the software usage, and the complete English user manual will be coning to you with the machine.
