The TOB-XFZH05 5L Vacuum Planetary Mixer is designed for high-viscosity material mixing and battery slurry preparation in laboratory and pilot-scale applications. It integrates planetary mixing, high-speed dispersion, vacuum degassing, and lifting bucket structure, enabling efficient production of uniform and bubble-free slurry systems.
It is widely used in lithium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and advanced material research, especially for electrode slurry with high solid content and high viscosity.
This equipment is specifically optimized for battery electrode paste mixing, ensuring improved dispersion uniformity, reduced air entrapment, and higher slurry density.
