Introduction to equipment functions and principles
This TOB-P450-2 double-sided dip coating machine is used for coating both sides of the substrate at the same time. It is mainly composed of unwinding part, coating part, oven part, traction part, winding part and electronic control part. The stirred slurry is evenly coated on the substrate to ensure that the size and weight are within the process range. After drying, it is rolled up to prepare for the subsequent process.
Substrate unwinding → Stable tension → Dip coating → Drying → Stable tension → Rewinding
