1.       Unique furnace door design ensures safe and simple operation when opening the door, preventing the escape of high-temperature heat from the furnace.

2.       The controller is installed below the furnace door to save space and meet various rapid sintering requirements.

3.       Microcomputer PID controller offers easy operation, precise temperature control, reliability, and safety.

4.       Corrosion-resistant lightweight furnace chamber ensures durability.

5.       Excellent door sealing minimizes heat loss and enhances temperature uniformity within the furnace chamber.

Multi-segment Programmable Controller

1.       Microcomputer program controls temperature, time, heating rate, and other procedures to conduct various sintering tests at extremely fast speeds.

2.      The programmable controller can preset 31 groups, with each group setting a time range of 0~5999 minutes.


Safety Features

1.       Features over-temperature protector, power-off when door is opened, cooling fan on the cabinet surface, and abnormal alarm functions for the resistance furnace (including heater failure, temperature sensor failure, memory content abnormality, and over-temperature abnormality), with audible and visual alarms to ensure safe and accident-free operation of the resistance furnace.

2.       Equipped with various safety protection measures such as over-current, over-voltage, and over-heating to ensure safe use of the electric furnace.

3.       Ceramic fiber board is selected as the thermal insulation material, which features excellent insulation effect and low surface temperature of the cabinet.
