This equipment is a manual OCV test and data binding equipment. The product is used for lithium-ion pouch cells, and its voltage and internal resistance data can be sorted by the software of the upper computer.

1.3 Function description

1.3.1 Battery cell feeding: manually place the battery on top of the fixture.

1.3.2 Working principle: start the tester through the light curtain; the tester will upload the data to the software system when it is finished, and the voice will broadcast the grades(the voice can be shielded).

1.3.3 Battery cell blanking: manually put the finished products into the corresponding gear blister tray to complete the sorting test.
