SPECIFICATIONS

The TOB-ASWM-3020 fully automatic single-side spot welding machine is a new type of automated equipment independently developed by our company in response to the increasingly competitive landscape of the cylindrical lithium battery production sector, where there is a continuous demand for cost control, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement.

This machine is designed for welding battery packs with symmetrical positive and negative weld points, whether arranged regularly or irregularly. It embodies Chao Si Si's consistent design style: simple, user-friendly, clean lines, and a spacious working area. The main structure is entirely made of high-strength sheet metal.

The control section features a PLC LCD touch screen with an embedded industrial control intelligent operating system.

The program settings support any dot matrix and standard array modes, include CAD drawing import functionality, and can store up to 99 program groups.

The device's X and Y axes are each independently controlled by servo motors for travel. Each weld point corresponds to independent X and Y axis coordinates, utilizing dual-axis horizontal welding to ensure spot welding precision.

It features functions such as continuous start, breakpoint start, false weld/alarm, missed weld/alarm, and re-welding.

The average welding time per spot for needle-point welding is 0.35 seconds, significantly increasing welding speed. Compared to manual spot welding, it offers the advantages of simple operation, stable and precise welding, high efficiency, good consistency, and cost savings.

The dedicated fixture is high-precision machined, uses magnets to adsorb nickel strips, offers good mobility, and ensures long-term stability of welding precision.

It is primarily used for spot welding modular lithium battery packs such as those for energy storage batteries, electric motorcycles, and automotive batteries, and can be integrated into lithium battery pack production lines.

Welding Power Supply Introduction:

The transistor welding power supply is the most ideal power source for resistance welding. The main unit employs a high-speed microprocessor for control, offering high control precision, fast response time, and rich operating modes. Its main characteristics include rapid current rise, stable output current, welding occurring at the contact interface between the two weld surfaces, minimal oxidation at the weld area, and welding self-inspection. It is primarily used for lithium-ion battery pack welding, power battery welding, and mobile phone battery welding, making it the essential choice for ensuring high-quality welding. The entire power supply is controlled by a switching power supply, offering strong power adaptability.
