Functional Overview:

This battery electrode dust cleaning machine is suitable for the powder brushing process after die-cutting of electrode and lithium battery electrode.

Work flow:

The battery electrode dust cleaning machine is connected behind the electrode die-cutting machine. After the die-cutting machine produces the electrode, the slope plate falls to the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt parts electrode is transported into the powder brushing mechanism for powder brush, and then the conveyor belt is transported, and the slope plate falls into the material plate.

Process performance:

1.Mesh belt type powder brushing mechanism, the upper and lower surfaces of the electrode are brushed at the same time.

2.Multiple brush rows and brush rollers work together to complete the powder brushing process to ensure the quality of powder brushing.

3.The upper and lower closed dust suction chamber of the powder brushing mechanism protects the electrode from secondary pollution and avoids the pollution of the working environment.

4.Large air volume centrifugal exhaust fan for dust collection.

5.Exhaust fan inlet filter, protection fan, primary filtration; The outlet cloth bag is used for secondary filtration of exhaust.
