Working Principle
The system operates through a programmable vacuum drying cycle, combining heating, vacuuming, and gas exchange:
• Materials (battery cells or electrode sheets) are placed inside the chamber
• The system performs heating under controlled vacuum conditions
• Periodic nitrogen or dry gas filling cycles are automatically executed
• Moisture and residual solvents are effectively removed
• The system returns to vacuum holding after completion
This automated cycle ensures uniform drying while minimizing oxidation and contamination risks.
