Overview:

The TOB-5000MLH high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is a special drying equipment suitable for drying emulsions, suspensions, pastes, solutions and other liquids. Equipment principle:

After the air passes through the filter and the heating device, it enters the hot air distributor on the top of the drying chamber. The hot air passing through the air distributor enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape and uniformly. At the same time, the pump sends the liquid to the centrifugal mounted on the top of the drying chamber. With the spray head, the material liquid is sprayed into very small mist droplets, which greatly increases the specific surface area of the material liquid and the hot air. Small droplets and hot air flow and sink together, and the water evaporates quickly and is dried into granular products in a very short time, which are collected in a cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged to the outside world.

●Simplified production process and convenient operation and control. Spray drying is usually used for solvents with a moisture content of 40-60%. Even if the moisture content is as high as 90%, special materials can be dried into powder products at one time.

●In order to prevent the material from being polluted and prolong the life of the equipment, all parts in contact with the material are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
