Thin-film solar cell equipment is mainly divided into two parts: the front section and the back section according to the process. The front process is the cell substrate manufacturing, including marking, cleaning, sputtering, scribing, aging, testing and other process equipment. The back-end process is the battery module packaging process, including lamination, junction box assembly, wire welding and other process equipment.

In order to connect these process equipment into a fully automated production line, conveyor machines such as horizontal conveyor, vertical conveyor, corner conveyor, cross conveyor, first in late out stack cache, FIFO stack cache, and etc. are required.
