SPECIFICATIONS


This TOB-KD200 doctor blade continuous battery coating machine performs continuous coating, conveniently applicable to surface coating processes on a variety of substrates, particularly used in the lithium-ion battery industry.

Thisdoctor blade continuous battery coating machineis designed for ease of use by researchers while meeting the coating accuracy and consistency required for production. Its excellent drying performance makes it an ideal choice for R&D and pilot testing of lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, nickel batteries, and other secondary batteries.


Main Features:

● Substrate tension control, stable belt travel, equipped with a deviation correction device.

● Hot air drying oven, with air blowing from both top and bottom, for excellent drying effect.

● Comma scraper metering, combined with precision adjustment mechanism, achieves high coating accuracy.

● Using analog signal to control power heating, the heating system has high precision and long life.

● PLC control, touch screen operation, convenient and easy to use.

● Optional solvent recovery device.
