High Temperature Elevating Furnace

SPECIFICATIONS

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported alumina fiber material with a unique design, which is durable, has good thermal insulation performance, and will not collapse. The heating element adopts a silicon-molybdenum rod, greatly improving its service life.

2. The electric furnace door can be lifted and lowered, and can be pulled out of the furnace body. It features a fully automatic lifting system and an electric hydraulic lifting system.

3. A 485 conversion interface is reserved, which can be interconnected with a computer through our software to achieve remote control, real-time tracking, historical records, output reports, and other functions for a single or multiple electric furnaces. A paperless recording device can also be installed to achieve data storage and output.

4. The temperature controller is equipped with a double-line LED display panel, mainly used for temperature control. It has high temperature control accuracy (within ±1°C), responsive reaction, programmable PID control, deviation, over-temperature alarm, and power-off protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
