SPECIFICATIONS
This TOB-BVG-PMC pouch cell voltage grading machine is mainly used for scanning code OCV and DCIR test of pouch cell. The equipment realizes the code scanning, OCV, DCIR testing and inkjet printing of pouch cell. The bar code of the cell is scanned by an automatic code scanning gun and bound with the cell, the internal resistance and voltage of the cell are tested by a high-precision test instrument, and the cell test parameters and test time are transmitted to the server, and the server will automatically record the stored data and feed back the results to the equipment, and the equipment will judge OK/NG according to the results.
Basic functions of equipment
According to the technical requirements provided by customers, on the premise of improving production efficiency and reducing product manufacturing cost, and following the concept of realizing cell production technology for customers, this machine is an automatic equipment that integrates the functions of manual loading and unloading, automatic delivery to the test site, automatic voltage internal resistance test, automatic DCIR test, automatic code scanning and data interaction.
Flow description and structural layout of equipment (size is for reference only, subject to actual design)
Manual feeding assembly line → Assembly line flow direction testing position → OCV testing → DCIR testing → Scan and spray code testing → NG selection → OK assembly line outflow (NG assembly line outflow) → Manually remove the tested cell
Equipment mechanism and workflow
- Manual tray feeding: manually put the products to be tested on the feeding line, and the feeding line feeds to the testing position by taking the step value (one cell is put for testing at a time).
- Voltage and internal resistance testing: after positioning, code scanning is started, and testing is carried out after data binding. The testing module mechanism tests the voltage and internal resistance of a single product in the tray through probe contact, and the test data is uploaded to the industrial computer for judgment and storage. After testing, the tested battery flows to the back end with the running water belt.
- DCIR test: The positioning mechanism positions the tray, and then tests DCIR. The testing mechanism presses the probe on the tab, and the collected data is uploaded to the industrial computer for judgment and storage.
- Spray Code Scanning Station: When the battery is moved to the spray code scanning station, the positioning mechanism will position the suction cup, and the spray code mechanism will spray the code. After the spray code is completed, it will be scanned and bound, and the data will be stored on the local computer last time.
- NG selection station: When the battery is moved to the NG selection station, the positioning mechanism will position the suction cup, and after positioning, perform an NG jump to select the NG battery to the NG assembly line. The NG assembly line will move one position until the assembly line is full, and an alarm will prompt manual removal of the NG product.
- Cell blanking: after the cell test is completed, the tested cell is taken out at the end of the assembly line manually to complete the test.
Equipment adapts to incoming materials and product specifications.
- Pouch cell range: Width 35-135mm, Height 60-200mm (including tabs), Thickness 3.5-13.5mm
- Vacuum molded disc size requirements: Length L=320mm-400mm, Width W=260mm-350mm, Suction cup position width B ≥ 18mm
- Appearance requirements for vacuum molded discs: uniform horizontal and vertical spacing for single pits
