2) coating surface density: if the coating surface density is too small, the battery capacity may not reach the nominal capacity; if the coating surface density is too large, it is likely to cause waste of ingredients. In case of serious excess anode capacity, lithium dendrite punctures the battery membrane, resulting in a short circuit, causing potential safety hazards;

3) coating size: coating size is too small or too large may lead to the anode cannot be completely cathode around inside the battery, in the process of charging, lithium ion from the positive embedded, moved to the electrolyte is not cathode completely encase, cannot efficiently exert the anode real capacity, serious, lithium inside the battery will form the dendrite, easily pierced diaphragm lead to circuit inside the battery;

4) coating thickness: if the coating thickness is too thin or too thick, it will affect the subsequent pole rolling process, and the performance consistency of the battery electrode cannot be guaranteed.
