The process of battery PACK

the PACK of the battery can be realized in two ways. One is through laser welding or ultrasonic welding or pulse welding. This is a commonly used welding method.Second, contact through elastic metal sheet, the advantage is no welding, easy to replace the battery, the disadvantage is may lead to poor contact

The requirement of the battery pack process

During the process of PACK, such as nickel sheet, copper-aluminum composite bus, copper bus, total positive and total negative bus, aluminum bus, and copper soft connection, aluminum soft connection, copper foil soft connection, etc.The processing quality of busbar and soft connection needs to be evaluated from these aspects.

Whether the material material is composite requirements, bus material is not up to the standard will increase the resistivity, especially need to confirm the composite ROHS related requirements.

The key size processing is in place.The out-of-tolerance of key dimensions may lead to insufficient safety distance between high voltage devices during the assembly process and cause serious safety risks.
