Equipment Overview

This TOB-HCP-350 battery cells hot and cold Cell press machine is suitable for the production process of hot pressing and cold pressing shaping of lithium-ion pouch cells.Driven by a cam splitter motor, the three-position rotary table achieves a flow operation of discharging, hot pressing, cold pressing (indoor temperature), and receiving materials. The production and processing of high-end products to meet the high precision requirements for flatness and parallelism of the two planes in the thickness direction of the battery cell. The production efficiency of the equipment is high, the operation is simple and convenient, and it is safe and reliable.


Technological process:                                                                  

Turn on the power, the power indicator light is on, set the molding pressure and temperature, and the template quickly heats up to the set temperature; Manually place the battery cells, press the start button with both hands, and the turntable will automatically rise. The cam splitter motor will drive the turntable to rotate 120 degrees to quickly send the battery cells to the hot press molding work position, and the turntable will automatically descend; The hot press mechanism automatically presses, and when the pressure reaches the set pressure value, the hot press timer starts. When the set time is reached, the hot press process is completed. At the same time, the battery cells are sent to the cold pressing and shaping station for processing; After completion, the battery cells are sent to the storage station and manually removed; Completed a complete action cycle of hot pressing and cold pressing shaping of a single battery cell. When producing and processing multiple battery cells, the pressed cells are taken out and then another cell is placed. This way, the cold and hot press stations work simultaneously, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.

Equipment characteristics description

1. Three station turntable implementation: feeding → hot pressing → cold pressing → material receiving cycle operation

7. The device adopts a turntable fixture to move up and down, and the programmable controller PLC realizes automatic control. The touch screen has human-machine dialogue, making the operation and setting convenient. Only one person is needed to use it.

8. The heating tube adopts 300 watts; Hot pressing working temperature range Max 250°±3°; Length: 310mm

9. All mechanical parts and accessories are surface treated.

Mechanical part:

2. Hot pressing mechanism: With a four column guide template, the temperature of the upper and lower heating templates is independently controlled, and the gas-liquid booster cylinder drives the upper template to apply pressure, with a visual display on the pressure gauge.

3. Cold pressing mechanism: Equipped with a four column guide template, upper and lower water cooling templates, and a gas-liquid booster cylinder to drive the upper template to apply pressure, with the actual pressure gauge displayed visually.
