3 gloves glove box, single side operation, integrated
with a single column purification unit, PLC touch screen operation control,
vacuum pump, bracket, a closed box, with operating surface tilt and detachable
safety glass front window. Under normal conditions, namely the 20℃ constant
temperature, a standard atmosphere, inert gas 99.999%, water and oxygen index
less than 1 ppm.
2. Glove box functions:
Closed cycle
- The gas in the glove box is circulated in a closed loop through the circulation
exchanger and purifier to continuously remove water and oxygen.
Automatic control of regeneration
- The water and oxygen removal materials can be regenerated,
and the regeneration process is controlled by the program.
Automatic cleaning
- The atmosphere arrangement inside the box gloves is completed
through automatically controlled cleaning valves
Box pressure control
- The pressure inside the box glove is automatically controlled
by PLC, and the working pressure can be freely set within +/- 15mbar. over +/- 16mbar system
automatic protection
Vacuum pump automatic control
- The vacuum pump is required to be turned on automatically
when needed.

The glass window adopts a solid O-ring
(vacuum sealing method) flange window structure
1. The window flange is cut into a
rectangular ring shape using a solid thick plate, with high strength,
resistance to impact and compression deformation, the sealing grooves can be
open.
2. The overall flange window and annular
sealing groove are formed with a large gantry machining center, and the
flatness of the sealing support surface and the bottom surface of the sealing
groove is<0.1mm/m.
3. The flange window and the box body
are welded continuously, and non-destructive testing is conducted on the
welds to ensure that there are no leaks at the welding points.
4. Adopt vacuum sealing method of
integral ring "O" type sealing ring embedded in the integral ring
groove. The sealing ring has no seams, high sealing reliability, low leakage
rate, and the leakage rate of the box is<0.0006 vol%/h.

Quick organic solvent adsorber
