SPECIFICATIONS
This specialized TOB-NPF-5V30A-8 8-channels negative pressure formation machine is designed for the critical formation and grading processes of lithium-ion prismatic cells during battery manufacturing.
This8-Channels Negative Pressure Formation Machinecontains 1 set of power supply cabinet (5V20A, total 8 points), 1 set of needle bed fixture set (8 points/set) and 1 set of negative pressure vacuum system.
The fixture and power supply control part is split structure.
Process Flow
Manually put the battery into the fixture set → start the needle bed → start the negative pressure process and charge the chemical formation → the chemical formation is completed → manually open the needle bed fixture → manually discharging the battery
