SPECIFICATIONS

The main functions of the press are as follows:
The positive and negative of the battery are connected with the equipment positive and negative , and the battery electrolyte injection hole is connected with the vacuum nozzle; do vacuum for battery, and the chassis are heated, after meet the process requirements vacuum and temperature, start formation for battery, when complete formation get through positive pressure to break the vacuum, the electrolyte within the reservoir cup back to the corresponding cell, when suction nozzle needle bed separated from the battery get through fine negative pressure, prevent the residual droplet electrolyte fell on the cell surface.

• Air source input : the lowest input pressure shall not be less than 0.3mpa, and the highest input pressure shall not exceed 1.0Mpa; The input negative pressure is not less than -90 kpa.
• A smoke sensor is installed on the machine : When the smoke is sensed, the fixture will be opened automatically, and the formation process will be stopped, and the spraying system will be started.
