Lithium Titanate LTO Battery Preparation Process:
1. Preparing cathode active material slurry;
2. Preparing passivation layer slurry with lithium titanate and conductive agent;
3. The positive electrode active material slurry and passivation layer slurry are coated on the surface of the current collector in turn, drying, hot rolling press, and the cathode electrode is obtained;
4. Make lithium titanate into anode active material slurry;
5. Coating the anode active material slurry on the current collector, drying, hot rolling press, to get the anode electrode;
6. The cathode electrode, anode electrode and battery separator are made into battery cells and placed in the battery shell;
7. The lithium titanate lithium ion battery is obtained after electrolyte filling and battery formation.
