Maintenance methods

● Wipe the upper and lower cutters frequently to keep them clean.

● Lubricate the moving parts of the linear slide group to keep the movement smooth.

● If the device is not used for a long time, wipe the surface of the upper and lower cutters clean, and the surface should be sprayed with rust- proof oil to protect it.

● Regularly inspect the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners in various parts of the machine to prevent loosening and prevent machine quality accidents and personal accidents.

Precautions

● The upper and lower cutters do not collide with hard objects to avoid damage to the hob.   

● It is forbidden to use this equipment to cut hard metal to avoid damage to the blade and affect the effect of the cutting product.
