This TOB-CPM-350 pouch cell corner punching machine is using for lithium-ion pouch cell bottom corner pre-sealing.

Process Flow

The battery is put into the corner sealing station, the side of the battery is close to the battery baffle, the bottom corner is facing the corner sealing head, and the machine is started by the foot switch to complete the corner sealing action automatically.

Equipment characteristics

• The pouch cell corner punching machine adopts manual operation, holding the cell on the working table, and completing the corner encapsulation action by stepping on the switch, which is simple and practical.
• The lower sealing head is fixed and the upper head is driven by the cylinder, which is accurate in positioning, smooth and reliable, with low noise.
• The upper sealing head is driven by cylinder and guided by linear bearing, with flexible up and down activities and accurate guidance to ensure the requirement of parallelism of product head imprinting.
• The cell stopper can fine-tune the battery positioning, so that the battery is accurately positioned.
• The cell limit block can be adjusted to make it encapsulate different specifications of batteries.
• The sealing head is made of copper material, with good heat transfer effect to save electricity consumption and improve work efficiency.
• The temperature of the upper and lower sealing heads can be adjusted and set by the thermostat panel buttons and the current and set values of the temperature can be displayed by its LCD display, which is intuitive and easy to operate.
• The machine has a temperature abnormality alarm function, only when the temperature is appropriate, the machine will act to ensure the quality of product sealing requirements.
• The front of the working table is installed with acrylic protection plate, which can effectively protect the operator's safety and prevent scalding during the working process, while not affecting the operator's line of sight.
