The main technical features
1. This device is suitable for(small size)lithium batteries liquid injection,standing,previously evacuated and hot sealing operations.
2. The device is provided with a vacuum chamber,when working the chamber vacuum up to -90KPa,to ensure the air in batteries discharge clean;
3. Device copper head equipped with a thermocouple and temperature control module to ensure that the package temperature constant, good quality packaging;
4. The device is provided with safety grating protection to ensure the safety operation.
5.Process:Device has upper and lower cavity forming a closed working space,after battery in it,made the body vacuum state up to -90 ~ -60kpa,to ensure the air in batteries discharge clean,then sealing by head conduction effect .The equipment specifications.
