Appearance design

The electric furnace adopts humanized design, beautiful and generous, simple operation, and the outer paint layer uses spray plastic high-temperature baking process. High temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance. The color is selected for aging resistant tones, which will not fade the appearance color due to long use time.

Furnace shell design

The shell of electric furnace adopts double-layer forced air cooling structure, so that the outer temperature of the shell is close to room temperature when the electric furnace is at high temperature, so as to avoid accidental damage.

Furnace chamber design

The furnace adopts the stepped assembly structure and integrates the law of mechanics, which effectively ensures the uniform force of the furnace in the heating process, ensures the heat energy is not easy to lose, and extends the service life of the furnace.

Furnace chamber material

Using the international new lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, with excellent insulation effect, light weight and high temperature resistance, no cracks, no knots, no slag, do not worry about pollution fired products. The energy saving effect is 60%-80% of the old electric furnace.

Temperature Control Method

Using the international intelligent temperature control instrument: with 30-50 programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic cooling, no duty. RS-485 communication interface is also available (connect to an ordinary computer to start, stop, alarm stop temperature rise, set temperature rise curve, temperature rise curve storage, historical curve record and other functions)

Temperature control safety

The electric furnace adopts integrated circuit and module control. Double circuit protection (with partial temperature protection, overtemperature protection, break pair protection, overcurrent protection, overpressure protection and other protection functions) makes the electric furnace work stable, reliable and safe.

Sealing method

304 stainless steel flange, with easy loading and unloading, oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, double sealing, to ensure the sealing.
