Equipment working principle

TOB-BPJ-650 battery PVC film heat cutting and remove machine is a semi-auto equipment, mainly used for 21700 cells film remove, and it is also suitable for 18650 cells. It’s special designed for live battery, the contact part with battery uses insulation materials, modular design, simple operation and good stability, can save manual cost and improve product consistency.

Operation interface: each device has an independent operation touch screen, simple operation, convenient maintenance.

Function and principle introduction

It’s suitable for remove 21700 and 18650 battery film, the system automatically resets after power-on, press the heating switch, and the cutter heats up. When the temperature reaches the set value then kept constant, and the set temperature between 190-230. Put the battery into the feeding hopper. Press the start button  equipment start to work. The removed battery will be placed in the collecting tank ,collect manually. The outlet can also be connected with the film cover machine.
