SPECIFICATIONS
- TOB-PTL-MMB01 Constant temperature dip coating machine is designed for the research of liquid-phase epitaxial thin films. Through lifting the filaments, vertical impregnation lifting sample, so that the sample is impregnated in the liquid-phase thin film material for a period of time and then lifted out and then the sample surface grows a certain thickness of the film.
- TOB-PTL-MMB01 lifting coating machine control panel adopts key type control panel,and a single-chip microcomputer to control the filament lifting and lowering speed, so that lifting and lowering the machine to run smoothly and accurately.
- Dip Coaterthrough the microcontroller control panel on the sample for one-way control, you can set up the running speed and stroke by pressing the descending key, so that the sample to a certain speed immersed in the film liquid. The dipping time is controlled by the individual. After the impregnation time is reached, manually switch to the rising key, and set the rising speed and stroke to make the sample piece pull back. The dipping and drying times can be set according to individual requirements. This machine is equipped with a constant temperature drying oven with a temperature of up to 100 ℃, so that the film impregnation and lifting process is carried out at a constant temperature.PTL-MMB01 lifting and coating machine has a compact size, which can save laboratory space; simple operation, suitable for beginners; easy to clean.
