How do we make the pouch cell battery stacking process?

There are many process show below:

Material baking → Slurry mixing → Electrode coating → Electrode cutting→ Electrode roll pressing them accroding to winding or stacking process to choose next step. When we make the stacking process, we need do the die cutting and doing the TAB welding.

Recently, the die-cutting machine ordered by one of our American customers has been finished. We've done final tests on it and it's about to be shipped to our customers.

This model is Auto,it can wind and rewind,The cutted electrode are collected on a conveyor belt to a receiving tray.The remaining waste material will be rewound automatically.
