SPECIFICATIONS

Overview:
This pack equipment line is suitable for automatic assembly of square aluminum case battery PACK, including cell sorting, combination, cleaning, welding, testing process, flexible tooling section and product boom line. The whole line is connected by the double speed chain, connecting multiple processes, and the latter process can be flexibly deployed to reduce manpower and save labor. The overall coordination of equipment and strong visibility.

The front line of this device is suitable for battery pack size: 185 x 185 x 109 mm
Tooling plate size: ≤800*500mm （within this range is ok)
The rear cable of this device is suitable for the battery box size: ≤800mm x 500mm（within this range is ok) Rotary tooling plate size: ≤850*550mm（within this range is ok)
The module is the upper prefabricated steel belt, the lower PET belt form, and can be compatible with the lower steel belt.
