SPECIFICATIONS


The TOB-LKZYJ-06 prismatic cell electrolyte equal pressure filling machine is suitable for prismatic cell filling, the filling machine is compatible with primary and secondary filling. The cells will be manually scanned and weighed, and then placed into the fixture for automatic filling, high and low pressure auto-circulation, and then manually removed from the fixture for liquid filling and scanned and weighed. The battery will be taken out from the fixture manually and then scanned and weighed after filling. The equipment is used in the dry room.

* In addition to the bubble tank, liquid storage tank is equipped with four liquid level high and low limit sensors (UU, UL, LU, LL), liquid storage tank out of the design of electrolyte filters ≥ 100 mesh (mesh pore size ≤ 74μm, SUS316)

*UU: If the inlet valve leaks, or the UL sensor is damaged, the electrolyte is increasing, and the liquid level reaches UU, the alarm stops.

*UL: When replenishing liquid, it will stop automatically when the liquid level reaches UL,

*LU: When the filling electrolyte is consumed, the liquid level reaches LU and it will be replenished automatically.

*LL: If the LU sensor is broken, the liquid level reaches the LL level and the alarm stops.

*Liquid filling pump and liquid storage tank are designed close to each other, shortening the length of liquid filling pipeline.

*The vacuum main line is designed with electrolyte filter to prevent electrolyte from entering the vacuum pump.

*De-bubbling tank needs vacuum -90KPA, holding pressure for 2min.

*The volume of the tank is 20L.

*All the liquid pipelines can not be bent.

*The filling volume is set by touch screen and adjusted automatically.

Control system

*The machine is controlled by industrial control computer and PLC as the control core, and the head is controlled by temperature control module to ensure the best one-time effect of the product.

*The equipment is equipped with up and down process machines and communication interface (Ethernet interface) with the central monitor to facilitate remote monitoring and checking the status of the machine and parameter settings.

*The machine is equipped with an industrial control unit to read the code data from the scanning gun and the weighing data before and after filling, to determine whether the filling volume is NG or OK, and to save the data in the computer.

*The data is uploaded to the MES system according to the MES interface requirements.

*Data is stored locally and automatically exported to the specified directory according to the set cycle time, and the data is stored in a folder in days (the data is the same as the uploaded MES data, forming a local backup).

*If the upload fails due to MES network interruption or other reasons, the software will store the failed upload file to disk. When the interface returns to normal, the upload will occur automatically.

*The locally stored data will be automatically exported to the specified directory according to the set cycle time, and the data will be stored in the folder in days, reserving for later expansion of MES interfacing.
