Maintenance Methods and Precautions

● Clean the slot die, coating roller, and all guide rollers thoroughly before and after each operation.

● Keep all frequently moving parts clean and properly lubricated to ensure smooth operation.

● Regularly inspect and tighten all screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners on the machine to prevent loosening and potential product quality incidents.

● For safety, do not allow two or more persons to operate the machine simultaneously to avoid accidents caused by miscommunication.

● Do not use oil-based cleaners to wipe any rubber rollers.
