This model ultrasonic spot welding machine is an ultrasonic metal welder use for cylinder cell Aluminum tab and Cap welding. It is with Automatic frequency tracking function, you don’t need to setting frequency always, simple operation, instead of the traditional laser welding machine process.

Laser welding need to weld after electrolyte filling, need to wipe the tab. TOB-VS-50A welding cap before electrolyte filled, more simple.

Laser welding is about 2-3% NG because of burning through tab, Our VS-50A close to 0%.
