This battery PVC film wrapping machine have automatic film feeding and automatic battery feeding function. Just need manually received the battery that been filmed. And we can also provide automatic battery clean function and automatic battery feeding. And if you want add any other function, we can also customized.

Performance characteristics of automatic 18650 cell PVC film shrink wrap machine:

1. The whole box of batteries is put into the battery tray, and the battery is automatically sucked out by a powerful magnet.

2. A single battery is fixed by a precision clamp on the conveyor belt, and the positioning is accurate.

3. The whole roll of casing is automatically discharged, and the casing is automatically fed by a stepping motor from the vertical direction, and the casing is automatically cut.

4. Set up multiple bushings and battery positioning devices to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the battery bushings.

5. The automatic battery PVC film covering machine has a scientific and reasonable design of the heating air duct. A single battery can rotate in the heating zone to ensure uniform shrinkage of the casing.

6. The fully automatic battery wrapping machine adopts programmable controller PLC to realize fully automatic control, the machine runs stably and the degree of automation is high.
