3 in 1 Pouch Cell Machine

Usually, we need 3 machines for pouch cell top-side sealing, electrolyte dissusion, and vacuum pre-sealing. TOB, we designed 3 in 1 machine TOB-YF200-JZ that can combine these three functions.

1. The sealing head is soft type, when do top sealing, there are tabs between pouch, soft sealing head can get better sealing effect.

2. It's equipped with battery box, put batteries in the box and remove air from the electrolyte under vacuum, it’s suitable for all types of batteries to do vacuum standing process (especially soft bag battery and cylinder battery).

3. Tilted battery fixture plate design that revent leakage of electrolyte during pre-sealing.

By the way, when do vacuum secondard sealing, you can manual puncture the air bag, and also use this machine do the vacuum secondard sealing.
