With a 60-liter working capacity, this equipment integrates planetary mixing, multi-shaft high-speed dispersion, vacuum degassing, and temperature-controlled jacket system, enabling efficient and uniform mixing of complex material systems.
It is widely used in lithium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and functional material production, especially for processes requiring high solid content and high viscosity mixing.

• The dual planetary mixing blades rotate and revolve simultaneously, generating strong kneading, vertical circulation, and bulk material movement inside the vessel.
• At the same time, the high-speed dispersion shafts with serrated discs apply strong shear force to break agglomerates and improve particle distribution.
• Under vacuum conditions, air bubbles are effectively removed, improving slurry density and coating performance.
• The optimized low-clearance structure between blades and vessel wall ensures no dead zones, enabling complete and uniform mixing.
