The device is suitable for channeling,sealing,shaping and detection of supercapacitor case.
Functional characteristics
1.It applies to such sequences as code scanning,healing,channeling,sealingshaping,height measurement and resistance detection,comprising 3 flexiable & convenient operation modes of manaul/semi-auto/full-auto.
2.Adopt elastic clamping mode to guarantee high precision of concentricity and perpendicularity when clamping product;stable without shaking,guarantee even healing,channeling and spin sealing.
3.Adopt cam oblique feed,with high channeling precision and stable size.
4.The product detecting workstation is actually put into the performing non-defective product or defective product conveying belt by servo manipulator,flexibly and accurately
5.With high automation degree,singleperson operation,automatic feeding,height and resistance for healing,channeling,sealing,shaping and detection,and discharging.
6.The position for channeling and height for sealing is controlled by servo accuratelly.Set data through human-computer interface.Automatically adjust to the required data.
7.PLC programmable controller realizes automatic control.
8.Adopt outer cover intelligent protection,with safe and reliable operation.
9.Adopt three-wheel healing,three-wheel channeling and three-wheel sealing to guarantee the stability and accuracy of healing,channeling and sealing.
