Manufacturing stage

(1) Smoothness of the roller surface

(2) Manufacturing precision of oven air nozzle;

(3) Roll fastening screws.

Installation stage

(1) The overall installation accuracy of the coating machine;

(2) Parallelism between rollers.

Commissioning stage

(1) Timely cleaning of foreign matter and water on the stick;

(2) Poor foil strip joint and unbalanced tension on both sides of the foil strip;

(3) The rubber roller surface of the pressure roller will undergo periodic elastic deformation in the course of use, when a certain degree of deformation remains, wrinkling will also occur, at which time the new product must be replaced.
