Automatic winding machine

Suitable for automatic winding of round power lithium battery cells.

1. Adopt AC servo motor drive, tension control unwinding, adjustable tension.

2. Unwinding and winding are equipped with correcting device.

3. There is a magnetic cleaning device for the electrode, a static electricity removal device, a dust brushing device, a dust suction device and recycling.

4. Automatic correction, linear guidance and positioning before the electrode is fed into the chuck to ensure the winding quality.

5. The first cathode or anode electrode can be adjusted.

6. It has two methods: separator outer packaging and electrode outer packaging.

7. The detection device monitors the working operation status, if there is any abnormality, it will automatically alarm and shut down.

8. PLC control system, touch screen display, easy to set up and operate.

9. Automatic delivery of finished products with reasonable structure.
