This desktop magnetic stirring high-pressure reactor is a simple magnetic stirring high-pressure reactor driven by a top magnetic coupler. It can be placed in an electric blast drying oven, a constant temperature oil/water bath, a low-temperature tank and other environments. It is made of stainless steel and can be configured with a computer communication terminal. The volume size can be customized according to customer needs.
Product Features
- The reactor is small in size and has a simple and reliable structure.
- The LCD displays the speed and temperature, and the buttons adjust the parameters, which is more convenient to use, more accurate in value, and more beautiful in appearance.
- It is equipped with an original German imported micro DC motor, pressure gauge, explosion-proof device, air intake valve, sampling valve, and temperature probe, which can easily realize micro-reaction tests.
- The reactor body and heater can be quickly separated, and the reactor body can be quickly cooled.
- The temperature and speed are digitally displayed, which is convenient and controllable.
Product composition
- Stirring method: internal magnetic stirring, no shaft seal leakage and maintenance problems, ensuring no leakage, no exposed rotating parts, safer test.

- Temperature probe: deep into the reactor body to monitor the reaction temperature.

Sealing method:
The kettle body and kettle cover are made of high-quality stainless steel. The kettle body is connected to the flange through threads. The kettle cover is a flat plate cover. The two are fastened by main bolts and nuts evenly distributed around the circumference.
The main seal of the autoclave adopts gaskets or line contact of conical and arc surfaces. By tightening the main nut, they are pressed against each other to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the nut, it must be tightened diagonally symmetrically for multiple times, with uniform force, and the kettle cover is not allowed to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the main nut, the specified tightening torque range of 40~120nm must not be exceeded to prevent the sealing surface from being squeezed or overloaded. The sealing surface should be specially cared for. Before each installation, wipe the upper and lower sealing surfaces with relatively soft paper or cloth, and pay special attention not to touch the sealing surface of the kettle body and kettle cover with scars. If it is used reasonably, it can be used more than tens of thousands of times. After the sealing surface is damaged, it needs to be reprocessed and repaired to achieve good sealing performance. When removing the kettle cover, lift it up and down slowly. It is forbidden to rest under pressure. The sealing surfaces between the kettle body and the kettle cover will collide with each other. If the sealing type uses gasket sealing (PTFE, Lu pad, copper pad, asbestos pad, etc.), a good sealing effect can be achieved by tightening the main nut.
Precautions for use
- The working temperature of external heating is recommended not to exceed 300℃, and the heating rate is≤5℃
- Min. The temperature can be controlled by PID temperature control system, and the cooling rate is≤5℃min. The safety pressure is 16 MPa.
- After adding materials, the screws are tightened symmetrically. When the reaction is completed, the kettle body can be opened only after it cools naturally to room temperature.
- The filling degree in the kettle should not exceed 80%.
- The screws are pressed symmetrically and disassembly under pressure is prohibited
- The temperature of the PTFE lining is≤180℃.
