SPECIFICATIONS
The TOB-WJ-Series glass ceramic electric heating plate adopts glass-ceramic composite materials enhance corrosion resistance and prevent direct exposure to open flames. Featuring flameless heating, rapid temperature rise, even heat distribution, safety, and reliability, they are universally suitable for laboratories in industrial enterprises, medical and healthcare institutions, environmental protection agencies, biochemical facilities, and research organizations. Applications include conducting chemical analysis, performing physical measurements, executing heat treatment, as well as baking, drying samples, and other thermal testing procedures.
Theglass ceramic electric heating plateis made of high-quality heating tubes, overcoming the shortcomings of ordinary electric heating plates where the resistance wires are prone to breakage or damage after prolonged continuous operation. The product features a large heating area, enabling simultaneous processing of multiple samples. The heating points are uniformly distributed, and the temperature rises rapidly. It is equipped with a liquid crystal color screen PID precise digital temperature control system, capable of continuous operation for over 48 hours. It is heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
Product Features:
The product housing is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates through stamping, with a surface coating process. The panel surface is made from domestically produced high-quality micro-crystalline panels, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance.
It prevents direct exposure to open flames, offering advantages such as no open flames, no dust, rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, and safe and reliable operation.
It features a timer function, automatically shutting off heating when the set time is reached.
It features automatic temperature control, temperature difference error correction, power adjustment, and over-temperature alarm functions.

Operation
Place the instrument on a platform or workbench in a dry indoor location and ensure that it is level.
Connect the power cord to the air switch and install the ground wire.
Connect the temperature sensor to the instrument and insert the sensor's temperature measurement end into the hole on the back of the board.
Place the sample to be heated on the instrument.
Turn on the power switch and set the temperature.
