After testing and final sealing process of lithium pouch cell, usually we need to do appearance molding process, it include edge cutting, folding and hotting.

TOB New Energy, we design an semi-auto three in one machine TOB-QZT-200 for pouch cell case edge cutting, folding (trimming) and hotting.

This model can be adjusted to adapt different size of battery, and the output can be 500-1800 EA/H, it is especially suitable for pouch cell pilot line.
