TOB New Design Cylindrical Battery Grooving Machine

After getting feedback from some customers,Our engineers have made corresponding improvements to our cylindrical battery grooving machine. Now,our cylinder battery grooving machine newly added touch screen function, and you can set each parameter more convenient and intuitive. You can clear know the grooving depth(D-D1 at the follow picture) for your battery case instead of adjust the cylinder process,which can have higher accuracy and have better effect.In addition,we will add the tick for adjust the grooving height(B),more easy to operate.And can save the case used to debug the machine.

The metal waterproof button is used to resist moisture and electrolyte corrosion.

*The speed controller uses digital display to accurately adjust and display the current speed.

*Adjustable roll groove size, high precision and stable size.

*It can process various kinds of cylindrical batteries.You can grooving many different types of cylinder case and just need change the mould.And this grooving machine can also grooving the super capacitor aluminum case.
