Product Overview
The TOB-USW-800W Ultrasonic Battery Tab Spot Welder is a precision welding system specifically designed for battery tab welding in laboratory environments. It is optimized for cylindrical cell single-layer electrode welding and supports both anode and cathode tab connections.
This ultrasonic spot welding machine uses high-frequency mechanical vibration (40kHz) to create solid-state metal bonding without excessive heat, ensuring strong weld strength, low damage to electrode materials, and high consistency.
In addition to cylindrical cells, the system is also suitable for pouch cell electrode welding up to 15 layers (4×4mm welding area), making it a flexible solution for battery R&D and small-scale testing.
For multi-layer or production-scale welding, higher power models are recommended.

Working Principle
The ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration through a transducer. This vibration is applied to the metal interface, generating localized frictional heat and pressure, which causes the metal lattice to bond at a molecular level without melting.
