Equipment function and principle introduction

This TOB-DGZ-S01 vacuum steel ball sealing machine is suitable for vacuuming and steel ball sealing of steel shell (aluminum shell) lithium ion prismatic cell.

Equipment operation process
The equipment adopts the structure of left and right double chamber, the battery loading and unloading and steel ball beating work at the same time. Put the battery into the fixed fixture → feed the battery into the bead area by the feeding cylinder (the other fixed fixture retreats into the feeding position) → the cylinder is pressed down for sealing → start vacuumizing to reach 85~95kpa → send a steel ball to the front of the ball cylinder → put the steel ball into the ball cylinder → reset each mechanism → charge compressed gas and discharge vacuum → feeding cylinder to send another battery into the sealing area, and exit the sealed battery at the same time.

Process performance

Double position, manual feeding mode; first vacuumize, then hit steel ball; steel ball storage tank has a certain capacity, easy to operate; vacuumizing time and vacuum pressure value can be simply set on the panel; upper and lower cavities have positioning device to ensure the accuracy of steel ball; fixture size and steel ball can adapt to the order model; the main parts of the machine are chrome plated, rust proof and corrosion resistant; The independent control electric box is placed outside the glove box to avoid corrosion; the whole machine is safe, stable, reliable and easy to operate.

Mechanical part

1. Rack mechanism

It has chromium plated platform bottom plate, chrome plated column, etc.

2. Transposition mechanism
It has transposition cylinder, guide slide rail, sliding bottom plate and vacuum chamber. Two vacuum chambers can realize alternate operation of clamping and steel ball.

3. Cavity sealing mechanism

With sealed cover plate (chrome plated), lifted by cylinder, four guide pillars.

4. Rubber feeding stopper mechanism

It has steel ball groove, steel ball pipeline, ball feeding thimble (imported SKD hardening treatment), ball feeding cylinder and sealing cylinder, which are installed on the sealing cover plate.

5. Rubber stopper mechanism

It has chrome plated sealing seat plate, steel ball thimble (imported SKD hardening treatment), steel ball cylinder.

6. Fixture mechanism

The battery clamping plate is positioned in the battery cavity, and is positioned by the battery clamping plate.
