Multi-stage Programmable Controller

• Utilizes a microcomputer to program and control temperature, time, and heating speed for various sintering experiments at rapid speeds.
• Equipped with a programmable controller, 31-stage temperature control system, phase-shift triggering, and thyristor control.
• Implements micro-processing P.l.D control method with multi-stage programmable control for true automation and operation.

Safety Features

• Features an over-temperature protector, door opening power-off, surface cooling fan, and resistance furnace alarm functions (① heater failure, ② temperature sensor failure, ③ memory content abnormality, ④ over-temperature abnormality) with audible and visual alarms to alert operators and ensure safe operation of the resistance furnace.
• Multiple safety protection measures including over-current, over-voltage, and over-heating are implemented to ensure safe use of the furnace.
• Ceramic fiber board is selected as the thermal insulation material, providing excellent insulation and low surface temperature of the box shell.
