SPECIFICATIONS

The 10 channels battery sorting machine is used for automatic sorting of battery by voltage and internal resistance with a voltage internal resistance tester. According to the setting of the host computer software, the grade of each battery cell is calculated, and the batteries of different grades are transferred to different channels according to the judgment result, so as to realize the automatic sorting of battery products.

The automatic sorting equipment consists of a feeding mechanism, a testing mechanism, an automatic sorting, and a receiving mechanism.

The machine system designs and develops the software of the upper computer according to the user's requirements, and automatically sorts and collects the battery cells into the corresponding receivers according to the group information.

This automatic sorting machine consists of automatic feeder, test, automatic sorting and collector. Manually put the integrated battery into the cache area of the automatic feeder, the automatic feeder will send the batteries to the test area one by one, after the test is finished, the pushing cylinder will send the batteries to the sorting cylinder, the sorting cylinder will put different batteries into the corresponding grade.
