TOB-PP25T is a fully automatic, integrated, widened hot-press tablet press machine. This type of hydraulic press is widely used to meet the needs of some customers for large-tonnage pressure and large-area sample heating. The hot press is mainly used for high-temperature and high-pressure compression or testing of powder samples, granular samples, plastic films and other solid samples. The chemical stability of the granule or powder is improved after heating and pressing, and it has the advantages of not being easily broken, which is convenient for cutting and preservation. Tablet Press Machine

In operation interface, press the SET button to enter the interface, and then press the SET button to move the cursor; when the cursor is moved to Die Diameter, you can press the SET button again to return to the operation interface.

ln operation interface, press the + button to increase the value.

In operation interface, press the - button to decrease the value.

When the equipment is running, press the STOP button to stop motor running and open the pressure relief valve to release the pressure.

The equipment starts running when the RELEASE button is pressed down. When the pressure exceeds the specified value or the limit switch is pressed, the equipment stops automatically and releases pressure. The operation also can be stopped manually.

The equipment starts running when the SAMPLE button is pressed down. when the pressure exceeds the specified value, the pressurizing stops and maintains the pressure, when the pressure is lower than the lower limit, the equipment compensates automatically, when the timing ends, the equipment releases pressure automatically.
