8 Channel Split Coin Cell Kit for High-Throughput Testing of Battery Materials

SPECIFICATIONS

TOB-HSC-8 is an 8 channel split coin cell kit designed for high-throughput R&D battery material testing and screening. With this testing kit, 8 split coin cells can be assembled independently with varying battery materials and tested parallelly by a multi-channel battery analyzer for comparison and time saving. This split coin cell kit can be easily tightened or de-assembled by a wrench. No coin cell crimper is needed, saving user's time and cost.

Structure & Features	8 separated split coin cells can be assembled independently and tested parallelly for high-throughput R&D battery material testing and screening Work greatly with a multi-channel battery analyzer for battery material comparison and time-saving Stainless steel bottom contact plate and top plunger ensure good electrical conductivity PTFE made sealing gaskets and Nylon body for good resistance to electrolyte corrosion The air-tight design ensures zero electrolyte leakage
Electrode Diameter	Standard 20 mm ID (5, 10, 12, and 15 mm ID versions are available upon request)
Working Temperature	Max. 100 ºC
Testing Station (Optional)	To perform a parallel test for multiple cells, simply align the kit parallel with an TOB battery tester and have the cells connected to the corresponding channels for cycling life， coulombic efficiency, and other measurements
Application Notes	Recommend to use a torque wrench when tightening the top plunger for good electrical contact and repeatability
