Comprehensive Air Leak Tester

SPECIFICATIONS

The Air Leak Tester, also known as Air Tightness Tester, Leak Tester, or Waterproof Tester, is primarily used for product seal testing, waterproof testing, air tightness testing, and IPX waterproof rating testing and certification. It mainly uses compressed air as the medium to apply a certain pressure to the internal cavity or external surface of the product under test. Then, high-sensitivity sensors are used to detect pressure changes, thereby determining the seal integrity of the tested product. Since it uses compressed air as the medium, it causes no secondary pollution to the product. Furthermore, its testing speed and accuracy are superior to water testing methods (as air molecules are smaller than water molecules, allowing for faster leak detection). Consequently, it can be deployed on a large scale in production lines. Currently, traditional leak testers are categorized based on their sensor principles into: Direct Pressure type, Differential Pressure type, Flow type, and Quantitative Analysis type.
