Winding process 1. Cut the electrode and separator into long strips of specified width. Slitting Machine

Battery cells drying Place the battery cells in a vacuum drying oven for drying. Vacuum Drying Oven

2. Heating sealing the top and side of the aluminum laminated film. Top and Side Sealing Machine
3. Move the battery ccells into the glove box. Glove Box
4. Filling an appropriate amount of electrolyte into the battery cells in the glove box. Electrolyte Filling Machine
5. Place the battery cells into the vacuum diffusion chamber in the glove box. A vacuum diffusion chamber is used to fully infiltrate the battery electrodes with the filled electrolyte. Vacuum Diffusion Chamber
6. Use a vacuum pre-sealing machine to seal the cells in the glove box. Vacuum Pre-Sealing Machine
7. Charge and discharge the battery 3 times to activate the battery, then puncture the air bag to discharge the gas and excess electrolyte. Formation Machine

9. Cut off the excess edges of the aluminum laminated film casing of the cells and fold the edges. Trimming Machine
